1. Usage ratio of A:B hardener is according to 1:1, apply to
the stencil, which is needed to be harden, after coated A+B, the stencil screen
can improve with longer printing lifetimes.
2. Use a sponge or soft cloth to evenly apply the mixed hardener on the P and S sides of the screen (if the screen has been re-exposed and then coated with the hard film agent, the effect will be much better)
3. Lay-up to 1 minute to ensure the hardener fully soaked into the screen.
4. Remove excess hardener agent from the screen (blow it off with an air gun or gently wipe it off with a clean sponge or soft cloth). Please be noticed if there is any excess hardener residue, it will form a thin film on the screen and block the mesh holes.
5. Put the hardened screen into a drying oven at around 40 ℃ temperature and thoroughly dry it off (for about 30 minutes or more). If the drying process is not thorough or the temperature is too low, the performance of the hardener will be weakened.
6. After drying up the hardener, rinse with water to clean up and dry again before use.
Attention method：
1. After opening the bottle, the cap of this product should be tightened immediately. The hard film agent A and B should be mixed and used up as soon as possible.
2. Do not use on stainless steel wire mesh or nylon mesh.
3. This product is acidic and protective gloves must be worn during operation. If accidentally touching to skin, rinse it with water immediately; If it accidentally enters the eyes, it should be quickly rinsed with water and then checked at the hospital for secure.
4. This product should be kept in a cool storage place.
