Safety Light Source：
During mixing, coating, exposure and image display process,
all process needs to operate and process under yellow light condition with safety
dust free environment, please be aware that sunlight and ultraviolet light
should not directly illuminate to the workspace.
Mixing Process:
Non-direct use Diazo emulsion:
(1) Put Diazo sensitizer in a container, add
50~80ml distilled water, ensure stir to dissolve totally, and then lay up 10
minutes.
(2) Put dissolved diazo sensitizer into
emulsion, thoroughly stir with glass or wooden rod, lay up 8 hours until air bubble
is eliminated, after step #1 & #2 is completed, the emulsion is ready to
use.
Coating Process：
(1) Stencil need to degreased professionally, and
then dry up the stencil completely.
(2) Coat the printing surface as first step, and then
coat adhesive scraping surface (according to thickness requirement, add or
decrease coating times), stencil need to ensure dried up completely in 40℃
controlling temperatures with circulating air device environment. (Suggestion:
Dry and wet stencil is recommended to lay up separately)
(3) To achieve fine printing performance, after
first time coating dry up, can add coating times to the printing surface (Please
be noticed that dry up process must be done after every coating process).
Exposure Parameter：
(1) Light source wavelength recommended is
280~450nm, suggest to use metal halide lamp or extra high-pressure mercury
vapor lamp.
(2) Exposure time must consider light source life
time (if the light source had exceeded life time, should renew light source in advance).
(3) Double the times of exposure at adhesive
scraping surface can increase stencil printing shield life, double exposure timing
recommended is 1.5x times from first exposure time.
Develop/Imaging：
(1) Under the safe light source, wetting adhesive
film for around 3 minutes with normal temperature water, washing with spray gun
mist flushing, until all images clearly appear.
(2) Remove all the water from the stencil, and then
dry up under 30℃~40℃ warm wind.
Stencil Fixing：
Can use the Blockouts to fix the pinhole of stencil screen.
Storage Conditions：
(1) Emulsion liquid storage ABOVE 10℃
(2) Diazo sensitizer storage UNDER 5℃, avoid direct light or humid/damp environment (Suggest to keep
in the fridge condition).
The emulsion which added diazo sensitizer keep in 25℃ room temperature, avoid direct light or humid/damp environment, (Suggest to keep in air-conditioned room).
